About this tool

A deck that plays perfectly on your laptop can fall apart on a conference PC or a phone without your fonts. As a PDF, each slide becomes a fixed page: text boxes, shapes, charts and pictures stay exactly where you placed them.

The converter opens PPTX, PPT and ODP presentations with LibreOffice Impress on our server (France) and writes one PDF page per slide. It is a handout, not a show: animations and transitions are flattened, and speaker notes are not added. Your presentation is uploaded only when you press convert and is wiped from the server as soon as the PDF has been written.

  • One slide, one page

Every slide keeps its own page and aspect ratio, so 16:9 and 4:3 decks both come out without cropping.

  • Easy to share

A PDF opens in any browser and on any phone, without PowerPoint, and nobody can edit your slides by mistake.

  • Sealed processing

Presentations are converted in a disposable container without network access; embedded macros are never executed.

Questions and answers

Are animations and transitions kept in the PDF?

No. A PDF page is static, so every slide appears in its final state with all animated objects visible. Keep the original PPTX if you need to present with effects.

Does PowerPoint to PDF include speaker notes?

No, only the slides are exported. Copy the notes into the slide text first if the audience should read them.

My slides use an unusual font. How will the PDF look?

Fonts embedded in the presentation are used. Standard Microsoft fonts are replaced by metric-compatible free fonts; a rare font that is neither embedded nor common falls back to a similar face, so check headings with decorative lettering.

Can I convert a Keynote presentation?

Not directly. In Keynote choose File, Export To, PowerPoint, then convert the resulting PPTX here.

How big can a presentation be?

Up to 50 MB and 500 slides. Photo-heavy decks near the limit take longer, but most presentations are ready within seconds.
