- 04 Press Save PDF and download the reorganized file.
About this tool
Scanned sheets in the wrong order, one page upside down, a missing separator before an appendix: organizing a PDF is easiest when you can see it. Hushdesk shows every page as a thumbnail. Drag pages to a new position or move them with the keyboard, turn single pages by 90°, delete the ones you do not need and insert blank pages wherever a gap is required.
When the order looks right, save a new PDF. Pages are rearranged, not re-rendered, so text stays searchable and the quality does not change. The document is processed locally in an isolated frame and is never uploaded.
-
See before you save
Thumbnails show every page with its current rotation, so scanning mistakes stand out at a glance.
-
Keyboard friendly
Every drag action has a button or key alternative, and changes are announced to screen readers.
-
Blank pages on demand
Add an empty page that matches the size of its neighbours, for example before an appendix or to keep duplex printing aligned.
-
Lossless
Only the order, rotation and set of pages change; fonts, images and form fields are kept as they are.
Faster for simple jobs
If you only need to turn pages, rotate the PDF in one step. To drop pages by number without looking at thumbnails, remove them by number. To add pages from another document, merge the files first and then organize the result.
Questions and answers
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Open the file, then drag a thumbnail to its new place. Without a mouse, focus a page and move it with the arrow buttons or keys. Press Save PDF when you are done.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Each thumbnail has its own button that turns the page 90° clockwise; press it again for 180° or 270°. Other pages are not affected.
What size are inserted blank pages?
The same size and orientation as the page before them, or the page after them when the blank goes first, so the document prints evenly.
Is my original file changed?
No. Your changes are saved to a new PDF that you download; the original stays on your disk as it was.
Are bookmarks and links kept after reordering?
Bookmarks keep pointing to the same pages in their new positions, and bookmarks to deleted pages are removed. Form fields and links stay on their pages.
